Q4. How do I pay?
We offer two shipping methods for international orders: AIRMAIL and EXPRESS (EMS) shipping. Please contact our sales for shipping by FedEX or DHL. All the shipping can be tracked and is secure. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated by our system when you enter your shipping country after checking out. Most of the countries are included in our system. Please contact us if your country does not appear in our system. We ship for all countries.
Total delivery time = Process time (1-3 business days) + Shipping time (depending on shipping method and country)
We ship order every day except on Sunday and public holidays according to Hong Kong Statutory holidays.

Q3. How to track my order status?
All orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post by default. You can find the tracking number in the menu of “tracking package” after login in our website with registered ID and password.

We accept Paypal, MasterCard, VISA, and AMERICAN EXPRESS card.
Payment by Credit Cards:

Without login to the Paypal, you can pay by
abovementioned credit cards near the left-bottom portion of the page.
Payment by Direct Bank to Bank Transfer:
You can contact the service from your local bank. Once your order is confirmed, our bank details will be given to you. Or please contact us by email@example.com for our bank information. Your order will be dispatched upon payment received. Please note that money wiring incurs a service fee charged by your bank.
Q5. How is the import duties and tax?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they are. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
However, we generally will declare the ordered items as gift with low values.
Q6. Does our product come with any warranty or guarantee?
We guarantee full refund within 7 days upon receipt without used. All vacuum tubes will have warranty of 30 days upon receipt. If the item is lost during shipping as verified by the post tracking or the received item is broken with photo proof, we must send you replacement of it.
